Chiropractor
Dr. Conor Kneip, a proud native of Le Mars, Iowa, brings a deep-rooted commitment to his community as he serves as a chiropractor at Kneip Chiropractic. Dr. Kneip's journey into chiropractic care began during his youth, where he experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of natural, corrective treatment for sports injuries. Inspired by his own positive experiences, Dr. Kneip pursued a career in chiropractic to help others discover the same healing potential.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, Dr. Kneip brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Prior to his chiropractic studies, he earned a degree in Exercise Science/Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Kneip's comprehensive education and personal experiences uniquely position him to provide compassionate and effective care to his patients.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Kneip is an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in a wide range of activities. He is an active member of All Saints Catholic Parish and eagerly anticipates contributing to the vibrancy of his community through his chiropractic practice and community involvement.
Sheila
Office Manager & Treating Chiropractic Assistant
Sheila brings a wealth of experience and passion for wellness to her role as Office Manager and Treating Chiropractic Assistant at Kneip Chiropractic. Introduced to chiropractic care as a patient, Sheila experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of spinal rehabilitation and total wellness under the care of Dr. Kneip. Inspired by her own journey to health, Sheila is dedicated to assisting patients on their path to wellness.
With over 30 years of experience in chiropractic care, Sheila is committed to providing exceptional service and support to patients and staff alike. Her warm demeanor and genuine care make her an invaluable member of the team.
Outside of the office, Sheila cherishes time spent with her husband, Darrell, their two daughters, and their adorable grandsons. Together, they enjoy activities such as walking, motorcycle rides, traveling, and indulging in wine tasting adventures.
Lauren
Chiropractic Assistant
Originally from the Quad Cities, Lauren brings years of experience, compassion, and enthusiasm to her role as a Chiropractic Assistant. With previous experience working in chiropractic care, Lauren has developed a deep appreciation for the benefits of natural healthcare and the positive impact chiropractic care can have on individuals and families.
Since joining the Kneip Chiropractic team, Lauren has enjoyed building relationships with patients and becoming an active part of the community. She enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and cared for while supporting them throughout their wellness journey.
Over the years, Lauren's perspective on health and wellness has grown even more meaningful as she and her husband have welcomed two little boys into their family. Becoming a mother has strengthened her appreciation for family wellness and the importance of creating healthy habits at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, their boys, Silas and Lux, and two dogs. She loves being outdoors, staying active, and making memories with her family.
Pam Nemmers
Chiropractic Assistant
Pam joined the Kneip Chiropractic team as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2026, bringing with her a genuine passion for helping others and a wealth of experience working with people. She has loved the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Kneip, connect with our patients, and learn about the different therapies we offer in the office.
Pam has been married to her husband, Mark, for 40 years, and together they have four grown children. Before joining our team, Pam worked as an Administrative Planner for an insurance company in Omaha before spending 20 years running an in-home daycare while raising her family. She is also a certified fitness instructor and most recently worked as a receptionist at the YMCA in Le Mars.
Outside of the office, Pam enjoys staying active, riding her bike, spending time with her grandkids and family, and relaxing at their home on Lake Shetek.
